      They pay very little. You are constantly monitored with management dropping in on private conversations. Staff spy on staff. Very unhealthy work environment

      Remote Work Tech and Office Budget to upgrade home office

      Cons

      Little to no feedback on performance. Disorganized upper management. Disorganized onboarding for new hires. The experienced staff was let go suddenly without advance notice or severance.

      Pros

      Attitude & skills of co-workers is amazing. Flexibility to work on your own schedule.

      Cons

      The pay is below poverty level and not at all justifiable. Unequal pay and lack of transparency. Company management and HR is a nightmare. The HR and senior managements are only after your resources and there is no Humane part in them. Management tries to micromanage wherever they see they can save $ but they lack a clear vision on how to improve things for customers and make the company better for both customers and employees.
