      This is not such a good company to work with. Worst HR management, no benefits, delay in hikes that too with, no proper standard policies. NO career growth... etc there are many issues with this company but reviews are all positive , might be they asked HR team to fill positive feedback in glassdoor. carefull

      Really smart people, a lot of opportunity for growth, always encouraged to be innovative, think big and create something new. Competitive salary and benefits with other major tech companies. 100% self-motivating work environment.Good balance between work life and personal life.Morale is high with good team members

      Pros

      If you have any concern with manager/team/work/HR , Management will listen to you even you may or may not get solution. you will get salary on time.

      Cons

      It is a small company and there no Inhouse projects only temporary projects at client side. No Career growth with this company. Dumb HR Team, they blindly forward the updates to team with out proper Checks and always try to escape if we ask any questions. Hectic Payroll so many mistakes in tax calculations. Do not expect you will always get friendly manager. No Cab facility and they will do Reimbursement but bit late.
