Pros

Some good venues to work at, but there's not enough of them to go around Weekly pay

Cons

Lost some great contracts such as stadiums and inner city hotels up north and decent hours are scarce. Getting in touch with support is nearly impossible most days eg staff can no longer directly email. 1- 3 hour waits on their own chat platform is the norm in the middle of the day.

Pros

Flexibility, free food with some clients

Cons

Not enough incentives, the new system with levels is working only for the agency as you as an employee you are not covered for certain things if you don't work full-time for them, poor treatment from clients, bad rate.
