Experience doing the job of several employees I guess, even though your pay and title won’t reflect it.
Cons
Highly discouraged to take days off. Little work life balance and little to no growth opportunities at the same time. Huge egos and childish attitudes. Upper management seems to see ambition in assistants and support staff as an insult. Cut off from basic learning opportunities - support staff and coordinators are not included on company wide meetings. Horrible and arguably unlivable pay in 2025. Will pay slightly better than other agencies but does not have the same support departments built out - you will get slammed with work that is not helpful to your career advancement and have less time to work on relevant tasks like assisting with routing.
