      nothing is best, you will feel sad after join this organisation

      Cons

      1. No vision for tech product, we are keep on revamping the features every year, not a tech organization hence you can find less knowledgeable folks here. 2. Tech leader is not knowledgeable, he just keep on blabbering. 3. A lot of firing happen in last two year. 4. Hike is not based on performance it's based on the reputation you build with CTO. 5. No process for software development, scrum is fun at Indiqube. sprint cycle here lasts for 6 month. Management does not know what and how to build. if you are looking just to pass the time you can join else nothing is their to learn.

      Pros

      Good work life balance (Unless you are in the projects team), People are friendly and helping across the company. I liked my time here except for a few teething problems as I was coming from an entirely different background. Self starters are appreciated.

      Cons

      Rigidity and the Do's and Dont's change from time to time, Overall Company Culture feels a bit lacking, having this would sort many out issues in the day to day operations. Company is still in the startup mentality, I feel it's time processes are set in stone.
