      Narcissist CEO, Zero work ethics, Inconsiderate to employees and customers, Fraudulent schemes. Got complaints from many customers, existing and previous franchise owners

      The company is totally unethical. they even deny their commitments made in offer Letter.

      No pros they are totally bogus.

      the is managed by single person that is CEO. they usually hire people on commission basis. they don't have much permanent staff. They will hold your salary and say that the company is not doing good and will give you unrealistic targets. the packages that they have are very over valued and not even 1 franchise partner is happy with the company. the are just doing fraud business. The company held my salary of last 3 months, after that they are denying to pay what they offered in the offer letter and now its been almost 2 months since i left the company but they have not given me the documents nor have given my F&F settlement.

      Very strict management. Saturdays are not off. Rest everything is fine
