Cons
Management sucked. They made you work for insane hours without any iota of consideration, we have worked till 4 am in the morning on Holi; left office at 12 AM on Diwali. The Editor would make us wait for hours for just one approval while he was out partying!! And when the issue was raised with HR they would always try to brush it away. The boss's favorites could get away with any kind of screw up and get the highest increment, while the ones who really slogged would get the meager increment. The management tries to cut cost in any way possible, to the extent that we(a group of 3 girls) were refused to book an office cab even when leaving office at 8:30 at night, knowing well that we have to travel to South Delhi from Noida Sec 16.
