1. Good to learn latest web technologies 2. Supportive seniors, ground to earth colleagues. 3. Agile way of doing things 4. Continuous integration and continuous deployment

Cons

1. Have to dedicate 3 or 4 years of career with a very less salary. 2. When employee in bond period (3 or 4 years), management treats like slaves 3. Poor management strategies 4. Worse HR team and policies 5. Plays with employees while leaving the company 6. Less or no entertainment 7. No work life balance 8. Less or no appreciation for new talent, innovation and hard work.

I worked on nearly 3.3 years in Indian eagle, All are very cooperative and friendly nature at working area. Great culture if you try new things if you can prove your thinking. Great organisation for begineers and experienced resources.
