      Pros

      There is no any pros to work over there. only interior designing is good.

      Cons

      there are more than 100 cons, some are :- 1. Un experienced business man 2. Employers are Cheaters 3. using Abusive language 4. They don't pay salary. 5. they took resignation forcefully and they not paid a single rupee. 6. fake ids using on elance and odesk 7. very long working hours, and illegal company is running in night shift over there. 8. they have more than 60 employees and they are not providing PF and all. 9. Duplicate windows are running there.

      At present, organizations demand greater dedication, energy, and engagement from employees.We have genuine portals and profiles to work with good reviews.All these employees salaries are paid on time.For Pf please check salaries slip.

      only infrastructure. I am giving 3.5 stars.

      1 .NO knowledge about how to working in company. 2. No idea how to speak with employees. 3. Every day change company policy. 4. see only company benefit , Not think about employees. 5. Not understand employees problem. 6. Management only believe BUTTER UP person talk. 7. in this company Management team not experience of Working 8. NoExperience and Butter Up person filling in this company like a king 9. when employee want to leave this company , company show fake rule of that employee and doing mentally torcher. 10. Lot of mentally torcher 11. Employee can't believe in this company HR . She is DEFILED 12. HR commitment every time but not complete commitment 13. HR show she is a experience employee but his behavior like a no experience person. 14. she is not knowledge about his duty but she know how to show she is busy in work not found out more word for this company. if you have join this company please your further in you hand think 3 time then join.

      Pros

      no pros... they are inexperienced guys who dont even know which person should work at which position.

      Cons

      they dont pay your salaries. They only know shouting on employees.. They put inexperienced and stupid people on team lead positions... lol... Dont joint even if they offer you high packages...you will repent later otherwise...

      Hi Management has enough experience about this. None of the Employee is given work out of scope. Salaries are paid on time.Yes It field depends on performance and output.If results are not delivered on time sometimes we have heated discussions.But i don't think Heated discussion can be counted as shouting. There are other organizations which throw u out on Single mistake. Please mention your name to look into this matter otherwise i would consider it as spam. Our leads have enough knowledge and experience to handle things.
