Good administration team: Friendly and supportive to your needs. You get paid on time.
Cons
The CEO is very unprofessional on many different areas. You have to leave your morals outside the door if you want to be accepted to be part of this company. They take your ideas and pass it off as their own personal ideas (no acknowledgement or credit given to the hours you put in). The team members spend alot of time slandering about the clients and then stress when they have not met the expectations or deadline. Alot of Plagiarism and unnecessary drama. They say their is good work/life balance but this is simple not true! They make alot of statements at the interview stage but they do not deliver
