Pros
The scholarship program and the impact on students continues to be incredible in that area. Funds that go directly to students are worth it.
Cons
- The toxic senior management in all areas (C level leadership, marketing, and programs team) have caused countless employees to leave the organization and unease with many who remain. Until these bad behaviors are address this is an organization you shouldn't work for. - A boys club has been created and toxic interaction between teams is now the norm and continues to drive staff discontent but is ignored and excused by those in power
