Pros
- Met some nice people and received helped from the team whenever it was needed.
Cons
Managers love to micromanage their staff always wanting to know what you are doing at every given moment, which made me anxious to go to the bathroom in case I missed a phone call. If something ever goes wrong there is often a lot of finger pointing and managers yell at you if something goes wrong. Felt as if laughing with coworkers and having fun was something illegal whenever I stepped into the office.
