      Bad management. Promotes toxic work culture. There is cut throat rivalry among employees because every one wants to save their position. Management will fire anyone at any time. They hire assistant professor when there is some important accreditation coming and will fire them once it is over. They consider students as god. They will always find fault of faculty even if students are at fault. If possible, must avoid. If you joining, prepare yourself for upcoming depression and anxiety.

      There is the biggest mistake of life to select this institute for working.

      Cons

      No leaves, No holidays, long Timing(9 to 5), far away from City, Over workload 24-26 hours of teaching per week along with you have to do all the clerical works as an assistant Professor. They never differentiate between assistant Professor and peon or clerk. There is no increament once you join. They penalize faculty for every single matter like no icard 500 Rs., 5 minutes late arrive-half salary of the day, Very Rude heads and authority. Worst HR DEPARTMENT.
