      Culture is not for everyone

      Pros

      Product is decent; people there are nice and very proud of their work. Reasonable hours.

      Cons

      A _lot_ of meetings... meetings about meetings... meetings about planning meetings. Meetings to discuss the meetings last week to plan the meeting next week. Very much a frat boy / sorority girl culture, which is not meant in a negative way--all the people were super nice--but I definitely did not fit in, and we all felt it. Although they're growing rapidly and I'm happy for their success, it definitely felt like they were expanding faster than they could manage. Policies that worked for a team of 10 didn't really work for a team of 50 (and growing) and they didn't seem eager to re-evaluate.

      Great place for millennials, not professionals.

      Pros

      If you're just out of school or early in your career, this place is great. Lots of promos, flex schedules, casual work environment, tons of other people your age so a great place to start building your network and collect titles that will help you advance at other companies. Salary is fine. Closes for 2 weeks at the holidays which is a nice break. It's your typical start up structure: hire young, pay mediocre, give fancy titles the real world knows you can't earn by 30.

      Cons

      If you're not in your first five years of your career you might find yourself frustrated. No development for senior professionals and the millennial-ness of it all is exhausting. No one's really held responsible for anything because we want everyone to be happy at work and like us. Clear favoritism across multiple departments. Lots of business buzzwords to make ourselves feel like we're "doing business". Typical MBA run company.

      - Challenging and competitive (in a good way) - Fun environment and incredible colleagues - An executive and management team that truly cares about the company and each individual - Requires independence to manage your own day-to-day tasks - Approachable and supportive mentors - Great benefits

      Cons

      - Work hard play hard mentality can lead to long hours - As another review stated, definitely not a place if you need to be handheld and coached at every turn (not necessarily a bad thing!)
