Pros
I love working at this company. Our #1 focus is growth and building trust which means we are encouraged to give constructive feedback, even to our managers. The pay is good and each day presents new challenges. Recently the owner put in an initiative where he tested everyone in the company on our vision and goals to get everyone aligned and on the same page. I just never felt to connected at any other company I worked at. Overall its been a struggle dealing with the change but the people here make it worth it. Highly recommended spot!
