Management is quite good, Unlimited PTOs, Good Salary, Wonderful people to work with. I worked here to gain a lot of experience and growth in the gaming industry, and I did learn a lot of useful skills from the company that I'm thankful for. They’re also supportive in terms of Mental Health like when you would need a break, or any kind of help, you can easily approach them about it. In terms of teams, I can say that the experience is probably gonna be different depending on who your team lead is. I've worked with quite a few over the years and I can easily tell the difference whether or not your TL truly has leadership qualities and empathy toward his/her team. My only comment is how there should be some uniform or standard responsibilities on what the team leads do because some of them have completely different tasks and if it's not clear, it directly affects the rest of the team. Other than that, I think this is a good place to jumpstart your experience in the gaming industry. You'll learn a lot of things. You'll meet a lot of people. And it's definitely a company worth working for.
