Pros
Started in the beginning of the year and genuinely feel like I have found a home. Worked for a few local and European companies and they do not hold a candle to Infernozilla. They know what they are doing as a marketing firm but also as a good employer. Reading the reviews on here really does not allign with my experience. Definitely feel like they have taken feedback and have become better for it. First time in my professional career that I don't feel overworked or not valued. Working remote suits my lifestyle as well and I will never go back to in office work. Also a very diverse team from all over the world brought together by their love of gaming. -Unlimited PTO -Local holidays even if you are not from the US - Good pay - Training Provided - Great Team Atmosphere - Genuine caring Team Leads - HR department a huge plus - It genuinely feels like they want you to succeed. - Company run by gamers and it shows.
Cons
I know it sounds cheesy and I'm still in my honeymoon period but no big cons at all. Everything they say in the interview they have provided. Genuinely the only thing missing is added benefits but being a company that hires people all over the world it makes sense that the benefits are included in the salary. Not really a con but good for people to know before they apply.
