Pros

- Unli time off - Fair pay - Fair commission - Clients are usually awesome - Diverse employees/clients - Understanding management - Gaming industry is growing, and a great group of people - Passionate teammates I've worked for other companies in gaming and tech industries, and I've never loved a company more than Infernozilla. I'm excited to see this company grow, and grow with it. The CEO, Natalino, has built an incredible company to work in, and the managers foster the same working environment.

Truly amazing place to be

Pros

- Completely remote - Caring management and awesome HR ♥ - They're always looking to improve our work life and making meaningful changes. They will actually hear you out if you think there are changes that can be made and implement them if it's a positive step forward for all the people in the company, I feel that this is a truly rare quality and knowing that there's always someone listening and doing their best to improve your experience motivates you to do better for them as well. - Being in the gaming industry having coworkers that also game and have fun is a huge plus, it's awesome to just hang out together in a call while working on Discord. - Being able to travel while having a full time job is amazing, if I get bored I can take my laptop to a nearby cafe and relax while working ♥ Overall I feel genuinely lucky and grateful to be here.

Cons

With any client facing job it can be difficult to handle certain clients but at the end of the day it isn't a huge negative because when I felt that this was the case I still had the support of my team lead and upper management, I did our best and they knew that, less of a con for the company but for the occuppation itself.

Thank you for this lovely review! It always warms our hearts to read sentiments like these. Just know that we hope to build on all of these points raised. We personally feel there’s always more that can be done, and will always encourage everyone to speak to us on areas that could be improved. Feedback like this truly feels like a milestone in letting us know we are on the right track. With regards to clients, we will continue to be very selective in which clients we partner with, as it’s our main priority to work with those whose values align with our own. At times there may be a customer who can be tough to deal with, but we feel this is improving as we move along as we refine our client prospecting process.

Pros

- Remote work - Great work environment. I feel like more than just an employee; I feel that I am among many like-minded people and friends who care about me. - Company culture is great; staff often hang out in chat rooms and hang out, coworking and playing games together on occasion. - Work is challenging and dynamic. No one day feels the same and keeps things interesting. - Infernozilla values work-life balance and offers unlimited PTO (within reason, of course) - Room for growth. I started as a social media manager and am now a team lead - work is valued and pays off. - Company is growing, and more opportunities pop up often. - Recently got an HR manager, who is there to assist and protect employees' interests.

Cons

- Central US localized working hours. However, Infernozilla has tried to offer us slightly more timezone-friendly flexi-time, which has helped significantly. - Workload can get a bit heavy, but this is normal for any agency setting.

We deeply appreciate this review and this feedback is invaluable! This is great to hear, especially as it helps to relay to us that we are moving closer and closer to our goals as a business, and fostering an environment we can ultimately be proud of. While there is still much more room for growth, we will continue to expand in all of these areas as we do value everyone’s work and what this company could achieve looking ahead. As for our Central US working hours, this is mainly due to us having clients and of course fellow teammates across different time zones and we need to anchor the availability of our team members to collaborate and be present in dealing with our clients. With that being said, as we grow and with potential infrastructure changes we may be able to look at alternative solutions like the current flexi-time, as long as we can achieve all the company goals and maintain our level of operation or potentially improve it. We are also open to hearing suggestions from team members on any possible future solutions.
