Remote Sort of flexible(although the working hours are 9 hours per day which they track , so barely any flexibility) Most employees are nice and supportive
Cons
The founder can scold you in front of everyone else like a school teacher which is causing high attrition rate among employees. Unusually overpowered NDA and Offer letter terms. Although not sure if they are enforced. collaboration. No Setting up company email or anything. No AI summarizer in meetings. etc
