Pros

get a good tan because you stand outside at a gas station all day, soliciting a product to people who just wanted to fill their tank and not buy wax from someone in a pink shirt.

Cons

no balance between work and personal life. LONG, gruesome hours, sometimes you'll be there til after 8pm. stupid business model. BEWARE of false promises of "making millions". brain washing at its finest. half of the employees there don't have licenses/cars (and criminal records but thats none of my business) so you will likely be chauffeuring around someone from Paterson to an "event". any job that requires you to bring two sets of clothes, "professional" clothes for the office, should be avoided. "dress for the job you want not the job you have"......

Thank you for your feedback about your time here at Infinite Promotional Solutions. At one point we did work in the automotive industry but we are no longer with that client. We have partnered with a green energy business to help bridge the gap between consumer and clientele. We pride ourselves in creating opportunities for individuals and we apologize if our career opportunities did not align with your professional goals.

Pros

Please be aware that this is a door to door sales job. No matter what kind of marketing jargon they pull, this is a soliciting job. If you are comfortable with that kind, then this might be a job for you. The team was generally positive, uplifting and close. There were lots of bonding events like bowling, team outing every Thursday and challenges. The staff is young and lively. If you are trying to lose some weight and get a tan, you sure will because you are knocking on doors for 7 hours straight with no brakes.

Cons

This job is absolutely not what is was described in on the description of the website. It should be categorized as false advertising. The work hours are terrible. You would come into the office at 11, have lunch at 12:30 and then from 1-8:30, come back for a team huddle and be lucky to leave at 10. The client is Inspire which is just another scam of a clean energy company. There is no concern for your safety. Once they drop you off at your neighborhood, there is no one with you, no emergency button to press if something happens and really no check-in.

Pros

Some very nice people, but shady business-wise; you'd be better off in a retail location.

Cons

Apart from the negative stereotyping of people from Paterson by another anonymous reviewer (please enlighten yourself, my friend!), that particular review said it all: Changing from white-collar business attire into gas-station wear, sloppy corporate brainwashing, long hours into the evening non-commensurate with pay, and so on. (They've been reported to the State Labor Board AND the Better Business Bureau, by the way.)
