      Pros

      Its really a clear work environment..you get what you expected. Experience in the industry with no filter..not selling dreams...it is what it is. a great start to learn the step to become pro animator.

      Cons

      it can get toxic if you let all of the studio matters in to your heart..just do your job and then go home and enjoy yourself...
