Highly Disorganized Company, no training or respect for employees!

Free samples Some co-workers were nice and helpful Job is fairly easy

So may cons to working here - The commute is terrible, you need a car The location is in a remote area, in a warehouse You are not given proper training or even acknowledgement by management. You are not given assignments, no run down, and management is very unapproachable and unhelpful Coworkers do try to help, but it is not in their job description Very hard to get acclimated to the office environment. Management expects you to run the business, be a "miracle worker" without any proper/formal training, feedback or even interaction! Told I was "let go" because of budget cuts

We are sorry the position did not work out. The applicant was with us for about 2 weeks and was aware that there is a 90 day probationary period. Applicant was hired as an experienced designer and responsibilities were disclosed at time of hiring. All employees are expected to fill their role at the level and salary they were hired at. We wish her the best!

Pros

The only "pro" was getting out early every Friday afternoon. There was one person who was nice, friendly, and cool who I worked under for a bit. He didn't micro-manage and he had more of a relaxed vibe. My coworkers were mostly nice, but it was management who came off as unapproachable and rather rude.

Cons

9 hour day with a 30 minute UNPAID lunch break. Uncomfortable office setting. No structure. Unfriendly management.
