- lowballed during interview, paid lower than industry standards - crappy management, non-stop yelling manager during meetings - bad communication between managers and execs - loves to bring Mainland China culture to overseas - practivally zero promotion opportunities

Transsion trained me too much, it helped me learn how to work under pressure. I also learned the Staff management and quick reflexion before a challenge

Cons

I don't find any bad thing in transsion . Only that I like online works more than the physical ones.
