      The provided some training to match your standard with industry requirement

      Cons

      They provide the training and want you to act like 3 year's experienced​ guy. Very few project they have. Not so good in salary. It's kind of consultancy.

      Pros

      I had a great opportunity working with some very technically talented people. They have good team of automotive embedded software and hardware engineers. They ensure engineer learn on the job. They have some good collaboration with Automotive OEMs and Tier 1 s and it gives a nice platform to enhance your skills and helps to build your career. There are good ADAS and infotainment projects developed end to end. All senior leaders are very friendly including Managing Director. They ensure there a collaborative team environment for mutual success. Also they well for the right talent.

      Cons

      Sometimes work goes beyond work hours. But it is fine considering there is so much to learn.

      1.Best working environment 2.it is a good company for Engineers who all need to work in Embedded domain 3.More than 20 years ,embedded experience people who lead the project 4.They always have high end & latest technology project

      It is a start up. Look for challenges all the time.
