This is the best place to sharpen your skills as the company provides the most advanced tools and continuously updated working process. Among important points that I believe bringing success to the company is the strong work ethics. Whatever the company does, it chooses to do it right from the beginning. It’s not for short term profit, it is for sustainable development. Managers are very understanding and closed to employees. I don’t feel they are my boss, I feel they are the smarter colleagues who are there to guide and help, they are not there to watch employees.
