Pros

Job was super good in terms of getting the knowledge behind climate change policy in specific region. The organization also operate globally, hence most likely will work from home - unleast you live in the city where most of the team there (ex: UK, Japan, Korea)

Cons

Its a slow to medium-paced company, and if you're expecting to have multiple deadlines, hecticness of a corparate job you won't be seeing it here

Absolute nightmare

Pros

This seemed like a great opportunity in the field of climate change policies for entry level employees, but they should abide by national labour laws in my opinion.

Cons

Influencemap is not a legal company outside of the UK. I was just told to get a national insurance, which puts employees in a VERY precarious situation. There was very little diversity, --very few Asians and hardly any Black and LGBT community. We have to send an invoice to receive monthly wages. There are not that many learning opportunities.
