Pros
Great people, atmosphere, easy to reach regardless of where you live. Very, very flexible hours. If you are not a developer, it is a nice place to work.
Cons
The average developer is thirsty for the latest and cutting edge tech. You will get the most when you challenge him/her. Unfortunately, the tech used at Influo is outdated. To make matters worse, they refuse to adopt something new and keep developing new features in that horrendous code base. There is no variety at all, so boredom within a month or two is guaranteed. No extra benefits apart from meal vouchers.
