- Low salaries - Vague organizational structure - No clear progress path - No transparency - Unrealistic expectations from employees with minimal to none support given - No trainings or experience to be earned - A lot of promises from the management with no actions - Irresponsible managers; each employee will have to work his way out on his own - No team spirit; there is almost no social life there, and the management seems to be satisfied about it

Low Salaries, Poor benefits, poor training, No chance for development , no healthy work environment, low investment in employees, poor tools .
