Pros
I don't think lady managers would add any productivity for the company.Rather than count sake in company.Training given by them is useless.I don't think they are eligible for that position. Stop these useless people other wise company will go out of development making useless products. Don't dare to stay more than a year.
Cons
Good scope for development.Until you will be in a good project and under a good manager. HRM is the good project and manager is very good supportive and in overall he will encourage hardwork and dedication.All other managers are also good.Leaving Lady bosses
