-this is certainly NOT an MNC. No MNC culture. having offices in other regions doesnt mean the company is multi national.
-Management focuses to get investors and projects only.
-Very boreoarctic way of working. No Innovation.
-You would be deployed as per the project need that your skills and qualifications.
-if you do certification and help project grow with client appreciation, the management doesnt care. They evaluate based upon How large/small the project is.
-Biased management. They just care about project and not about resources and how they are contributing.
-Appraisal is just for namesake. In my case there was no evaluation. They will conduct 2 minutes meetings and declare that you got 5% appraisal and it is finalized.
-The reporting manager never looked into the project and acts as a team member to focus in the project where he is billable at.
-Team members are disrespectful. If you keep seniors in loop on timely manner OR escalate with proofs they will never take it seriously. Thus, team mates will do false allegations in their escalation meeting and demotivates you.
-If you communicate your expectations to management on timely manner they will give you boolshit answers but if you resign then they would say, "you could have talked to me"
-HR is hopeless they just hire people, from people management they have no skills. you would get formal reverts mostly.
-In my case the HR did not even attended exit interview and they claim they are cmm level / best place to work.
-no work life balance
-members who do not have any carrier aspirations and want to work on routine basis are a part of management.
