      Pros

      First of all no one knows to manage the company ZERO JOB SECURITY. If your good to the managers then you are in safe zone, no matter how hard you work and implement your skills its totally waste because they are so good in screwing up clients. Worthless company clients. most of the managers dosent know to communicate in english.
