What a shame.

Pros

Some individuals are very talented.

Cons

The management are unable to accept responsibility for their own inadequacies and rather than accept exit interviews or feedback, like that given in the first 1-star review, as an opportunity to improve, grow and make positive changes (a few leadership training courses wouldn’t hurt), they would rather blame the people who left. The carefully crafted positive display from a current worker exactly highlights the problem(s) at this group of companies. It was too ‘Fast pace’, laughable, having worked in some serious, grown up and professional organisations the pace is not stressful, the lack of credible leadership is, the micromanagement, the lack of humility, the bullying, the passive aggressive behaviour, the uncomfortable ‘managing out’ which is a regular occurrence. The very senior people have no capacity for change, no ability to look at themselves and see any faults, what drives the business is basic greed and not fairly distributed, discrimination and pay disparities are common. My advice is, if you are thinking of joining (don’t), but if you are charmed by the senior people (that is their only strength), then do some digging, look at the staff turnover record, see if they have kept any of the exit interviews and ask to read them, I suspect as they were not positive they no longer exist. The exit interview process no longer exists either, best not to ask if you are not prepared to listen and make changes. I’m sure outwardly and to anyone who wants to listen ‘lessons will be learnt’ but the reality is, they won’t.

Pros

A nice team of people

Cons

Highly stressful environment which feels like a sweatshop with constant pressure for no recognition or thanks. Senior management are very disconnected from and middle managers are often shouted at and humiliated in meetings or front of the office. Everybody is on eggshells if senior management are in the office and the environment is impossible if you are a woman. Upsetting managing out mainly of women and non-white people. Messages about improvement are empty and for those who are not pushed there is a revolving door of staff who will take anything to get out.
