Pros

Good online training and supervisor support. One of the best bosses I ever worked with. The work is mostly very enjoyable and you set your own schedule within deadlines.

Cons

If you don't have a vehicle that gets high MPG or say a hybrid or electric car, you will find it difficult to make any money after expenses. The more concentrated population areas are probably good money makers---where the population and housing is spread out, the expense reimbursement isn't adequate to cover your actual expenses. And there really isn't any consideration for the wear and tear on your vehicle.

Pros

Work from home. Work when you want.

Cons

Company does not offer raises or cost of living adjustments, even after years with the company. You get paid a fee per house you look at. The fee is very low and you have to drive your own vehicle. You pay for your own gas. You have to use your personal cell phone to call the home owner. You will make more money flipping burgers or panhandling. Company does not care about you.

Pros

You are independent and you create your own schedule. You don't have a boss looking over your shoulder everyday.

Cons

You have to come up with start up money. You will need to buy different tools, have Wifi, a laptop, car, and insurance. You are financial responsible for all of this and do not get reimbursed. The pay is slow, and you would be lucky to make minimum wage after expenses. You are paid one month after services, and bi-weekly thereafter.
