remote three days, in office 2 days. Office people are usually nice. Company buys lunch once per week (used to be twice). Good benefits (expensive too) !

Cons

Management and owners are not competent. Promote from within those who do not have any experience. AC always fails during the hot summer month. July 2025 - all month no AC !
