Pros
Truly not one good thing about this place
Cons
I was treated horribly by my boss every day at ISN. I was subjected to verbal abuse and ridicule and made to feel as if I served no value. Every single task I completed was met with rolled eyes and huffing and puffing because he is incapable of making decisions. The immature and unprofessional behavior that my boss demonstrated on a daily basis is the type of crazy that you won't believe unless you experience it for yourself. Do you know what it's like to spend time with a 20 month old who has just learned to throw their bottle or spoon far across the kitchen and exercise their new vocabulary? Well, that parenthood experience is most analogous to serving as an executive assistant at ISN. ; Do you want milk? YES Milk!!! You hand said toddler their bottle, before you can turn around the milk is on the floor and they're screaming and looking at you like YOU messed up. Ummm, ok. How about apple juice mixed with water? YES APPLE JUICE!! You make a new bottle, proudly walk it over to the booster seat only to be met with confusion and disgust and their face in an absolute panic. I SAID I wanted MILK. My job description was Executive Assistant but I was also expected to make personal doctors appointments, make personal airline reservations for my boss' family members, make phone calls to rectify his personal credit card issues and each and every time I did something outside of my stated job description it went without a thank you, and came with additional ridicule. When I attempted to communicate my mistreatment to HR it went nowhere, because the staff in HR turns over faster than a National Security Advisor in 2019.
