      Pros

      Colleagues and Management were professional and polite. Interesting projects, Salary always on time.

      Cons

      Salaries could be better. No individually targeted/tailored training plans, just a generic "Pluralsight" subscription. No evaluation processes, lead to static career path. Regarding my experience, engineers in flex-capacity projects, are kind of forgotten resources.
