The place reeks of toxicity. Every possible way of mistreating the employees, you can find it here . Seniors have very fragile ego, if you start doing good work then they get insecure and will do anything in their capacity to pull you down. They hire freshers to save cost and there is no mid management. There are only handful of employees who are subjected to daily harassment in the form of overwork and mental torture. No appreciation for the work you do. Employees are brain washed into thinking that this is a normal practice. Actually, the CEO of the company genuinely believes that it is okay to make people work for 12 hours a day and make them beg for leaves, I am talking about earned leaves.
