      Remote work - with focus on branding and marketing. Lot of business opportunities and potential growth

      Cons

      Not a single clear process in place, every decision is reactive not proactive. One of the owners is very bossy and not friendly with any of the employees. No growth potential, employee retention is less than 2 years.
