You are dispensible. Very Very Very seasonal! If you are just starting out in the spring, be ready with another job. It should be called an internship. They will give you no work as a new employee in the winter. No, they don't lay you off, they give you one or 2 jobs every 2 weeks!! Yea we'll try... blah... blah. Bottom line, they want you to quit because their 20-30 year guys get all the work in the winter. Then you can't work in the same industry for a year because of a non disclosure agreement!! Don't waste your time. Office/management is a toxic work atmosphere and if you aren't in the click, you're out
