      1. Strong international company 2. Good learning 3. Motivated colleagues 4. Had a lot of bonuses 5. Still recommended but not in Russia

      1. Left Russian market 2. Changed management 3. Increased stress and demotivation due to lot of paperwork 4. In international company a little bit slow for decision making process
