      - Alot of freedom - No real learnings, potential managers lack experience to mentor - "do as I say, not as I do"

      Cons

      - Lack of oversight from management - Alot of the reps don't have much ambition so if you do, you'll eventually be drained by the surrounding teams - Targets can be hard to achieve depending on Vendor you're put on - No culture in melbourne office
