Good location and place; Great team; Very good benefits; English classes inhouse; Sort kind of new technologies to work with; Agile teams making incremental improvements; HR are doing well, every month birthday parties; Always sending people to attend to high tech events (Google I/O & Apple WWDC);
Cons
No Mac & no great monitors; Some still using old PCs; Bad Vertical Hierarchy, some employers thinks they are kind of company owners;
