Cons

It's not a place to work if you just want to show up and do the minimum. The company expects hard working people with a great attitude. That may not be for everyone.

Potential is there for a great company

Cons

Alot of negativity. Employee's talking about others behind their back. Drama drama drama. Service management lacks the drive or knowledge to lead a cutting edge service dept. No open door policy, no communication and no support. Management is too busy patting them self on the back, giving zero credit or incentive to those who really have the talent, knowledge and people person skills.

Pros

IBS currently has a great leadership team and the company is really growing. Additionally, talent and hard work are recognized and rewarded.

Cons

As far as I am concerned, no major cons except that advancement and promotion may be difficult just because its a smaller organization.
