Pros

The entire team is conscientious, diligent, professional, dedicated and congenial. Everyone pulls their weight, which is both rare and necessary in such a small company. You will meet a true superhero in every staff member.

Cons

There is almost no work-life balance. Inman is total grind culture that starts before 8 am and goes until well after 5 daily. Working stretches of 10-12 hour days is common, and the expectation is that you will just accept it; they will even go as far as to passively threaten your job if you attempt to advocate for your needs outside of work. Additionally, you must have an incredibly high tolerance for ambiguity, as that is frequently all you will receive for direction when leading a project. The company will burn you out. If you want to feel fulfilled by, successful in, and valued for the work you are doing, look elsewhere; there is no shortage of options.

Pros

Pros--they sell you a crock of garbage to get you onboard. There is a "Team Spirit". The only pro I can see? They are good at lies.

Cons

There is No Team At All. The staff back stabs and it is the most scrappy group of unhappy people you will ever meet. Brad Inman has Nothing to do with the company other than some sort of ego and Vanity persona that motivates him to "look good". The emperor has no clothes. The company is constantly in a financial struggle. They pump up these conferences that have No Return on Investment. If anyone goes to the convention it is simply a travel junket to get out of the office. There is No real financial gain from going and the folks that work there are blowing more smoke than a chimney! Ridiculous. The employees must have been required to write these reviews. The whole company is a sham! They value the all mighty dollar over people and people are simply a burn and churn tool to this company. Clients mean nothing.

Pros

There are a handful of genuinely decent, hard-working people at this company, though I don't know why they stay on board when there are far better opportunities out there - for far better money. There is some room for career growth due to the fact that the turnover rate is extremely high.

Cons

There's a trickle down effect happening here - Brad Inman is demanding, impetuous, fickle and abusive, and the management reaps what he sows, passing it onto the staff. Directives were unclear, communication was a joke. Work/life balance is non-existent, despite the fact that they will tell you they are "flexible." Compensation was terrible, benefits were crap. Expect to constantly be working (yes, even in the evenings, even on weekends, even on holidays), expect Brad to scream at either you or your coworkers, expect upper management to be hypocritical and to constantly be passing the buck, expect clients to harass you. In general, you can expect to be miserable.
