      management doesnt know how to manage the business, but they think they know enough LOL. They don't even have a professional approach in their practices, but they pretend to know.

      Management is incompetent so it is easy to not to do any actual work while getting paid a high salary.

      Cons

      This company needs to be on the news for how they treat employees and how management breaks so many laws. It is absolutely astonishing that they are still allowed to operate. They also forced employees to write good reviews online using ChatGPT.
