      Pros

      Talented and hard-working team, easy to work with.

      Cons

      A disorganized small company with no onboarding process. A micromanaging and emotionally unstable driven boss, and a lack of professionalism and a lack of a people manager or HR. They don't know what they want, also the contract is full of abusive clauses.

      Pros

      You will work with highly intelligent people. C++ training is on the job with people who really know what they're doing and this is a great way to enhance your C++ skills while getting paid to do so.

      Cons

      Very non-competitive salaries compared to similar positions. The company is small and doesn't appear to have a consistent approach to things like performance reviews and pay rises. Deadlines are frequently unrealistic and even experienced software engineers are not consulted in this regard.
