      Dysfunctional “family” environment

      Pros

      The benefits can’t get better for a tech. Paid medical/dental/life. 401K (no company match) available. Optional AFLAC policies. Friendly coworkers.

      Cons

      Incredibly inappropriate work environment. Expect sexual harassment if you’re female, verbal hostility/yelling if you’re male. Operations technicians are ridiculously overworked and consistently feel discouraged.

      Pros

      Starting pay is competitive but don't expect even a regular "cost of living" raise after being hired Work is busy so the day goes by fast

      Cons

      Management is secretive and picks favorites. If you make a mistake when learning, expect to be screamed at. What is expected is not always clear and you may be asked to do things that are not on the up and up. If you are an hourly worker, you will work long hours. Expect salaried people to push work off on you to do so they can leave on time. Management is out of touch and salaried people act superior. If someone calls in sick work is overwhelming.

      No pros you just have to work

      Cons

      No breaks and micro managed absolutely no growth within the company don’t bother moving departments cause they won’t let you. It’s boring basically a call center
