Cons

Melbourne Office 30% Less salary the industry standard. No training / No support / No career progression / Highly understaffed / No recognition for dedicated employees / Favoritism / Unable to put in place any procedural changes that improve or benefit clients and staff / Endless promises that things will get better but no actions or follow up to ensure this outcome / staff not appreciated / expectations unrealistic
