      Flexible schedules, very personable team, no-micromanaging, quickly growing with great project opportunities

      Cons

      Lag in communication...sales team interfaces with clients, and sometimes not all of the questions are answered that we need to complete the design request. This adds time to be able to complete the job.

      After searching for weeks ICE ticked every box when it came to finding a new job. From the start the team really does a great job of showing how cool they are without even trying. They focus on team work and great moral. ICE as a whole cares about their employees and how everyone can be their best self. Main takeaways are: - Great team moral - Great compensation - Great benefits - Amazing work schedule flexibility - Huge opportunity for growth individually and team

      Cons

      ICE is a thriving company and sometimes employee's are asked to wear multiple hats to achieve common goals. While some consider this a con I would say that it helps with learning new ways to support a team.
