Pros
The value of the homes aren't worth anything. The workers hired to do the framing are not trained carpenters. We had client upset because walls and door frames not being leveled or plumb, which was typical of how their homes were built
Cons
Limited pay, and benefits. A ridiculous amount of pressure was put on the field staff. The sub-contractors were the worst, they were untrained, and unsafe
